I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Alabama A&M University in Normal, Alabama, and my Master of Education in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Montevallo. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy when working with individuals, families, and groups.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, from early adolescence through older adulthood. I am committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers individuals to strengthen their self-esteem, develop healthier thought patterns, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where clients feel safe, supported, and respected. I believes each individual is the expert in their own life and I encourage clients to take an active role in shaping their therapeutic journey while providing guidance and support every step of the way.
